1st Guide to Guitar by John Pearse

This book is a combination of Hold Down a Chord book 1 and book 2
This book is a combination of Hold Down a Chord Book 1 and Hold Down a Chord Book 2. Both these books are in English. I recommend you buy the records for both these books.
The Hold Down a Chord record 1 is in English.
The Hold Down a Chord 2 record is only available in only German language. However John sings in English. So if you don't understand the German instructions it is still worth buying because you can play and sing with him anyway. You can read the instructions in English in this book.

Solar Eclipse Observing Guide
I think this book has an error in it on the table of partial eclipse times page 33. The eclipse times for St. Paul MN are an hour before the times for Minneapolis MN. I was expecting the times to be only a second or so apart (if anything) and that Minneapolis residents would see the eclipse first, but by just a little bit. I sent an email to "Mr. Eclipse" to tell him this but I got no reply. So I don't recommend that table in the book.

This Recipe Makes a Fantastic Cake
I made this cake yesterday, it was large and delicious. You can't buy anything like this in the store.
You'll need a KitchenAid mixer or something like it.
The bake time was 1 hour (I added 20 minutes to this). The preparation time was about an hour for the first time I made this cake, this includes some clean up time. I'll make it quicker next time.
I got about 6 cups of very thick batter and baked it in two large loaf pans (9"X 5")
This recipe makes a fantastic cake.
