What does it actually DO?? Know one KNOWS AT FRIDGIDAIRE!!

It's foil stuck to side of fridge. Looks horrible! no person in sales or technical support can give an explanation of what it actually accomplishes. They have taken my number and said they will research it & call me with info. No one from Frigidaire has yet contacted me with info. So I have a part that is foil stuck on the side of Fridge & Freezer with no idea of what it actually does or accomplishes?? Also, the instructions sent in spanish & french. No English instructions. heater one is top right side of freezer. Heater two is bottom left of fridge. Installer from Frigidaire had no idea so left it uninstalled until we could figure out, technical support did not know!! Found in instructions with a magnifying glass at bottom under "final checklist", online. Frigidaire said too small for them to read.
