Having problems eliminating your bowel. Drink True Slim Dieters Tea/Bamboo
I have always had a hard time eliminating my bowel, I would have movements. but when I am bloated and unable to eat, I knew it was time to drink this tea. Please be hydrated {water} or else you can have cramps when eliminating. I have been using this tea for a decade now, only as needed. I am very happy Bamboo Dieters Tea is on the market.
