Excellent Booster Pump
2 of 2 found this helpful Purchased this pump and the bloody thing arrived in 2 days. I had written a complete diagram of the hook-up beforehand and had it verified by the manufacturer who has excellent top-notch customer support. Installation was a breeze and after the glue dried I turned on the water, checked for leaks and then plugged in the pump. It is an amazing pump, completely trouble-free and works better than expected. It senses a 1/4 lb. drop of pressure and turns on immediately to provide a 40 lb. boost. It is not completely quiet and when mounted to a wall will caused a humming vibration that is not too loud but noticeable.
The pressure increase is fantastic and now taking showers and washing clothes and dishes with 80 lbs. of pressure has brought great delight!
