OEM as described
The box was crush opened at both ends; the filter, however, was not damaged. They should pack better than just carelessly throw it unprotected in a soft envelope.

Beautiful mug that works. Using it as I am writing this review.
It really kept my drink cold for hours. The lid fit well, no leaking. The shape fit all my car holders. Highly recommended. I will buy another for my wife if I can get it at the same price. :)
(Mine has a tiny dent in the bottom, but not noticeable until I wash the mug or really looking for it, just minor cosmetic, no biggie. When I bought it, the price was a tad lower than what it is listing now)
