Good if you need work on your splits and back bends
There's about 7 min warm-up. Then stretches for split. Then doing the split. Then middlesplit. And then shoulders and back bends. Ending with a little cool down.
It is 55 minutes long. You need yoga blocks, it can be done without but it is better with. I found it to be good, to get fast results you need to do the workout three times a week.
