Snake Plissken’s Thrill Ride
I love Escape From New York. I saw it at the theater when it was released, and many times on cable. This DVD set is a must have for fans of the movie.
Living in the St. Louis area, it’s cool to know that much of the movie was shot here. I wish I would have known back then, I would have tried to take a look.
The movie looks great on DVD and the special features add so much to the story. John Carpenter and a Debra Hill did so much with the relatively small budget.
