Didn't get the pictured item. Got an updated version instead.

The picture showed the "NEW SleepRight Intra-Nasal Breathe Aid", which was what I thought I was buying. However, I was shipped the "NEW & Improved" version which was improved so much that it is too big to use. The one with just the "NEW" on the package is the older version and works just fine. Don't know what the discrepancy was, but I really wanted the product that was pictured.
