  Seller indicated item (motorized side view mirror for car) was tested and in working order. Seller also stated he doesn’t accept returns. Stating that it worked gave me no hesitation about the “no return” policy. Well, the item arrived. There was something rattling around inside the housing. A piece inside was broken. It could have never worked properly. Contacted seller. He said no returns even though item was misrepresented. Seller said I must have installed it wrong. I never installed it.
