Good product at great price
1 of 1 found this helpful It was tricky at first. When we received it, the base just beeped constantly. Emailed customer service, because they do not have a phone number to call which I didnt like to well, and they sent a new one out. Now it works great. Best thing about it is the collars are rechargeable! No more spending hundreds of dollars of batteries that dont last a week! I'm satisfied and now reassured that my pups wont get away and hurt by a vehicle or by someone....... I would highly recommend this product. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the instructions are iffy and vague. It is very easy to use once you figure it out.
