great product
this product is in liquid form. your body will absorb probably 100% of the liquid. most pill forms will only absorb a small percentage of the pill. magnesium is one of the most important minerals that the body needs. i take it 2-3 times a day for my muscles and diabetic nerve pain. there is not much of the body that doesn't require magnesium for improved health. it also helps my asthma. i would recommend the book "the magnesium miracle"
