Its not always as it seems
Product arrived as stated, New in the Box. Problem is, the box had been previously opened and repackaged but the instructions left out. Went to the LG web site, but they don't provide them, They refer you back to the instructions that come in the box.
I finally figured it out after installing and uninstalling it 3 times. Finished Product looked good and I'm happy with it, just a pain in the butt to install.
