Good luck getting the right parts

Refused the return even when they confirmed i ordered the correct part based on my vin. Oil pan gasket failed also.

I got what I paid for

Only lasted about a year and a half. Bought inner and outer tie rod ends for the front of my Escape. The inner boots would not stay on with the clamps provided and after my latest tire rotation I found that the boots on both outer tie rods have totally broken. I got what I could afford at the time but it's costing me new parts and labor because of it.
