Great!
Cleans a lot better than my old upright. Easy to reach high vents. Easy to exchange accessories. Easy to clean entire machine. I love it!

Review of Blast & Tone with Richard Simmons
It is a great beginner exercise tape for anyone.This one does not go too fast & the exercises are not too difficult.You certainly break a sweat,and it is not boring.I am a beginner with arthritis & Fibromyalgia & I love it. My girlfriend has been doing it almost daily since January. She has increased her weights & built up upper arm strength & increased her flexability.
