So easy; no more Velcro on the light!
I had to look at a YouTube video where a lady pops the cover off with a screwdriver and then you just unscrew, unplug, plug in the new, screw back in and carefully pop the cover back in. Brand new. If your visor arm is broken, this will improve your life a little and really, isn't it all about the little things? Ha ha

It's good but, too thick
You can't use a speed loader with this grip so I don't have it on the pistol. It's a well made, comfortable, great grip and is nice for shooting but a bit thick for conceal carry.
