  The so-called seller/rip-off artist refunded $9.21 of the $15.77 I spent for this item that didn't arrive. It was free postage, so if there was tax, I don't know, but they pocketed the $6.56 difference. I complained to them about their racket and want Ebay to make them refund my money in full, not just part. Also their site needs to be in English as well as whatever language it's in if they're going to sell to English speakers.
