Works.
Everything included. Tight location to install. Be careful that the rubber piston is not forced into the cylinder. Use enough lubrication & patience.

Works well.
I was able to repair motorcycle cylinder head spark plug threads without removing the head.
Worked as expected. Very simple fix.
