Product OK but not in retail package.
Item is OK but it's not in retail package. The product is in a reusable, nonsealed plastic bag in a paper board box. The box is not sealed and without any Microsoft Logo on it.

Generally OK.
The front plate is a bit contorted on the right side and the bolt can't hold it in position firmly, so can easily comes off. I have to use a rope to fix it into position, and when move it I need to be careful.
There's no users manual in the box so I have to search online to find how to use it.
There's no receipts so I doubt if the warranty will apply (although the description says so). Hopefully I can use the eBay purchase record as a receipt.
There're some small dentures on the sides but it's not very noticeble.
Otherwise it's OK. Saving tens of bucks in your pocket is not a bad thing. I've used it for about 3 weeks and didn't find other issues. But please consider what kind of deficiencies you'll get, as each of these exDisplays is different.
