Getting humidity back up!
Works great. A little disappointing that the little black box (I think a capacitor) attached to the housing of the motor had broken off. Must have happened during shipping. Nevertheless, it is working fine. Motor is more expensive than I prefer, but the cost is still about 40% cheaper than replacing the whole Aprilaire unit.
The original motor lasted seven years. I figured the original burnt out because I didn't see the fan spinning after opening the unit while it was supposed to be operating. With this motor, now I can see the blades spin down if I open it and peak into the housing.

Perfect fit replacement part.
Original part cracked and leaked water. So far this one is holding up perfectly with no leaks. About 15 wash loads so far.
