Doesn’t work

I have had the watch for less than a month and it is broken. Unable to pair it to my iPhone 7. I took it to The Apple Store after trying to unpair, pair and reset both the watch and phone for about 12 hours . I also talked to an Apple tech concerning the issue. We went through the process of trying to pair and unpair for approximately an hour. After an hour or so she recommended that I either send the watch back or take it to the local Apple Store. I took the watch to the local Apple store and they were unable to get the watch to work either. They took the watch and said that they would send it in to be repaired. I am currently waiting to get the watch back.
