Leupold Yellowstone is the BX-2 Alpine - Excellent value and quality

I picked up these binoculars a few weeks ago. I really love them so far: excellent quality, clarity, build and finish. As a secondhand owner, I had a few questions for Tech Support, and when I spoke with Leupold directly, I was able to confirm that these are in fact the BX-2 Alpines — branded for sale by Costco with an upgraded harness (instead of the standard go-to-field case) as well as a lens pen. The harness is good quality, practical (extra pockets) and looks like it will stand up to field use. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.
