Stomach upset
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried this product before and it worked great kept me focus and energized throughout the day. I recently purchased another bottle and followed the instructions. This product caused terrible nausea. I take it with the biggest meal of the day which is lunch and at least 48oz of water and still caused terrible nausea that I could not get passed. I don't know if the formula changed but I can no longer take this product.

I love this brand. Less irritating than kotex naturals brand. Great product

Not poop generating
Really expected more poops per day. Not as regular as before taken the product. I was hoping for some type of digestion support like something to keep me from feeling less bloated during the course of the day. Also was looking for a little gas relief. I really cant tell a difference.
