I used to enjoy good deals from eBay but their customer service is crap now. I purchased an amplifier from "eliteautova" return the item on time as it was faulty, watter damage, the Courier did not entered in the system that day therefore when eliteautova received the return they did not refund me. And now eBay tells me I'm not covered by money back guarantee. why would I return a $200 item and not get a refund. FU EBAY.
