  The item never arrived as it was stuck in transit between one depot and another in USA (probably due to theft or the packaging was not good enough and the item was badly damaged or the truck was damaged in an accident etc etc. The seller would only answer with a confirmation of the limited tracking info and did not chase it up. Anyway I had to go to ebay for a resolution and they stepped in with a total refund.

  I should have cancelled this order from the beginning. First, they asked for a discount, countless emails, which i quickly respond to. Then they leave me a nasty review like this. The post office lost or damaged the package, and they asked for a refund. Ebay opens a case and then they determine what the issue is. This takes a little time and then you get your refund or not. This buyer clearly doesn't understand how ebay works and wants to rudely blame me after i tried to help.
