I don't know how to rate this. First lamp shade came in good condition. All the bubble wrap and box was all secure. Box had Fragile written on the box. We loved the shade so much, so we ordered another one, the same style. When it came, the box looked like a basketball. It was totally destroyed. The Styrofoam was all broken inside, so it was not helping to protect the glass and on this box, they did not write fragile on it. So you can tell it was tossed a lot. When I got it out, the glass on the shade had separated in 3 places. Two areas at the rim into 2 square glass pieces and the 3rd area was about 2 glass squares down all on the same side of the shade. I used super glue. It took about 30 min to fix it. So, the second order I was very upset, but was able to fix it. The first order I was very happy.
