Needs a sunny day
2 of 2 found this helpful Will literally only work when the sun is shining. If a cloud passes or your hand moves over the solar panel, it stops. Doesn't store solar power. Never mind it's a lovely water feature. You can't tell by the picture,but the little ducks have different coloured wellies on. Very cute.
