Not a very good experience, unfortunately. The delivery was fast but the product doesn't work at all. Tried on on different computers and tried new connecting cables. It powers up but the monitors don't work. Very disappointed.

The product was tested to work before being shipped. In absence of any shipping damage being mentioned, the only conclusion I can come up with is the monitors being incompatible or the device being connected incorrectly.
