    My coffee cup was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The packaging of this product was the best packaging I've ever received with a breakable item. Kudos to the packaging. Everything arrived perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected but I don't think that was the sellers fault. I wasn't in a rush to get it anyway.
