Showed video and pictures to the seller and they immediately resolved a solution.   Buyer beware! I informed this seller that the item arrived incomplete. The seller stated that they would look for the missing item and get back to me. Unfortunately, after that communication the seller went silent without making it right. Steer away, who knows what other products will arrive incomplete. The item description specifically states, "The item includes original accessories." It's pretty obvious this product was used and integrity is not one of this seller's attributes.
