Love it except for the inconvenience when using adapter
Easy to use if everyone who uses it uses either pods OR grounds. It is a hassle to take the insert in and out for every cup of coffee you make if one person in the household uses pods. I ordered the basket for grounds, and it works well with it, but again, not if you have to take the insert out every time.
As for the coffee maker itself, it works great. It is so easy to remove the pitcher to add water. It brews quickly and the coffee is great. I am now going to see if I can find a differed adapter that fits in the insert without having to remove it every time.
