Great, Good and not so good
Was a great transaction and as advertised. arrived quickly and install easily. The only thing is that on both running boards, the plastic step that is attached to the metal, is pulling up on the back edges. Currently it is loose about 1/8 of an inch but I'll watch to see if it continues and come off completely. Other than that, I highly recommend the product and company.

Been using for all my dogs for many years. Works great to help them get around better as they get older and their bodies start to ache.

Total piece of garbage and not worth the money at all.
The item was not like the photo and the flexible arm was only about 10 inches long. I bought 2 and the first one broke while trying to attach the plastic tray to the flexible metal arm. Second one went together and after 2 uses, the plastic attaching ring snapped while in use dumping stuff everywhere. It had a can of soda and a small fries so it was not too not heavy. Neither of them was able to flex the arm like in the photos as it was very stiff metal. What a total piece of Chinese garbage. Do not walk away from this product, run as fast as you can. And, my son also bought one and it broke as well.
