Nice addition to your car or truck
1 of 1 found this helpful As an engineer, I can't help but love both the idea and the execution of the design of this bolt. It's absolutely elegant in its simplicity. It's both art and engineering. Now, I really don't expect to pick up much in the way of magnetic particles in my oil pan, but it's cheap insurance.
Prior to installation, I'm going to put a dab of thread locker on the inner screw, just in case.

Looks good.

From the outside, they look like a decent match for the stock lug nuts. Not perfect, but that actually allows you to determine which nut is the locking one on sight, so there's no trial-and-error trying to figure out which one to put the key on.
I like these. Though I never hope to have them tested, they do provide a bit of peace of mind at a reasonable price.

They're okay.
My wife likes the way they look. When installing them, the snap caps didn't feel as though they were "quite" tight enough to prevent them from coming off in normal use, so I installed them with a dab of silicon seal. That has kept them on so far, and will still allow removal if need be.
