Diamond sieve
Does the job it is designed to do. I sort rhinestones with it and it does great. Much better than hand sorting tiny stones

Easy dash cover replacement
Fits well. Color is indistinguishable from original. Installation is relatively easy IF you know what you are doing. Preparation of the old dash before as suggested in the instructions is critical to a good installation. I do suggest the instrument bezel be removed before installing the new cover so it can be taped down better while the silicone is drying. It does take about an hour to totally install the cover but the vehicle should not be driven until the next day after the silicone has dried. Make sure you use weights as suggested to hold the new cover in place and tape the front down well overnight This is a well engineered and well made product and I highly recommend it as a home project as compared to having the entire dash replaced at a much higher cost with no visible difference in a shop.
