Enlightening, pretty much an autobiography about my life growing up with self-centered and emotionally immature parents
1 of 1 found this helpful Very grateful for this book as it gives me alot of validation that I am not alone with what I have experienced throughout my 34 years of life, growing up with emotionally immature parents and family members.
Alot of self-realization and self-actualization that I have been going through these last 10 years during and after college is very parallel with what the author speaks about in her book.
Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with self-identity and lack of self-esteem and confidence due to being neglected emotionally by self-centered parents.
