  received the item on March 20th via UPS in a crushed box and smashed bubble. No fault on the sellers end except shipped in a flimsy Amazon recycled cardboard box. Contacted seller to resolve issue which when I tried to submit a claim with ups, I was told by ups that is it wasn’t possible because the seller has that option blocked. The seller did submit a claim and kept in contact with me up until April 8th. After that no response to any other question or contact. It’s now 5/15
