size runs smaller that what it says.
I was running #45 in my bike with my mixture screw out quite a bit so I figured I get a size up to have the screw out a turn or two. after getting a #47.5 I noticed no difference, in fact it was popping g more. I've been trying to figure out why this started, but did not think to check the new pilot. after a few weeks on going over the whole, i decided to check the new pilot screw as it's the only thing i changed since this problem has occurred. i found out the #47.5 actually ran smaller than the #45. i used jet needle pipe cleaners to clarify my findings, as a bigger pipe cleaner fits in the #45 than the #47.5. so I'll be sure to check the jet before you install it.

missing one piece
the main reason I bought this was because the diaphram and an Oring were bad. well upon opening I notice something important was missing, it was the plastic spacer between the diaphrams. fortunately, I had the old one but I had to cut the old diaphram off and carefully slip the new one in by rolling it up so I can slid it in the hole. then the Oring that goes on the on/off/reserve valve is thick and would not slid into the petcock. fortunately, I had an Oring assortment kit with me to match something close. but my main goal was the diaphram so it was good enough.
