**New** VTech CM18045 Accessory Handset for VTech CM18445

Great Phone

This VTEC cordless is perfect for the office I work in. It's very easy to pair with the base and the keypad has a lock button, which is great. Upon arrival the battery did not work, wouldn't charge and the screen would say no battery. Luckily I had another battery since I have used these phones before. The only other thing I wish was in the box was the belt clip but other than that love the phone. Would have given 5 stars if was complete.
