2 of 2 found this helpful The Forged C Clamp held it's shape fine while pressing out and installing difficult set of 05 mazda 3 lower control arm ball joints. The kit delivered had a newer black blow molded case that appears to be much better than that of the listings picture. While none of the adapters fit my specific application, the addition of a simple iron nipple from a big box did the trick pressing the ball joints back in. This kit has paid for itself twice over in a single use. Like any press, make sure you lubricate your C Clamp shaft before first use.
