3.7V Universal Rechargeable Battery Charger for 18650 16340 14500 Li-ion US Plug

Falls far short of stated charging at US 110V.

The internal regulator chip (HT3582DA) is fine. It even auto detects the battery polarity and will charge in either direction of battery insertion! I like the form factor, adaptable battery size and polarity. But, the off-line switcher converting AC to DC (7V) is far short of what's required, even at 220VAC. AT 110VAC, it barely can supply about 50mA of pulsating charging current, far short of the 300mA regulator IC spec and 450mA label. It's possible to modify the design to achieve good performance at 110V, but unless you're a techie and enjoy the challenge, I'd look for something that works better.

Compact and plug & play.

Works as expected. Notes: Care needs to be used in aligning PATA connection as it can be inserted one column off center. PATA drive needs to be set to MASTER for converter to work. PC won't recognize drive with Cable Select setting!
