  Hi ya, could not wait to get this lovely, detailed pub, once it arrived and I opened it, I was gutted!! It had been smashed. Was so sad to have received it like this, the packaging did not help it, very loose wrapping, box had literally ripped and was falling apart. I do appreciate the refund, thank you so much.
