Great charger for a great price.
Pros: Dual charger. Many useful features/settings. Includes a variety of connectors. The display gives all the pertinent information during charge/discharge. AC/DC power. Convenient carrying handle. I personally like the esthetic.
Cons: Menu is not intuitive(at first). Fan is loud.
The pro's outweigh the con's by a large margin. The pro's really speak for themselves so I'll address the con's in more detail. The menu is a bit confusing with so many charge/discharge options, there is a lot to cycle through. Trying to remember which button does what while doing it also takes some getting used to. It does become second nature pretty quickly so I would say this is a minor con.
The fan being loud is annoying but not overly so. It definitely keeps the unit cool. I try to always be near the charger while using it so the fan noise is can be a distraction.
One definite pro of any quality charger is the ability to cycle a battery, auto charge/discharge it multiple times. It can help to bring a "dead" battery to life. The Duo has this and it has helped me save a few batteries, including a couple batteries for some friends.
I am very happy with my Duo and would recommend it to anyone. Great charger for a great price.

Great value. Case feels a bit cheap and can be difficult to open but these are minor gripes. Would recommend.
