the latches are very loose on it,Only has 4 latches unlike the description & pic.
Tried to bribe me with a $5 refund if I changed my feedback, to positive,only 4 loose latches unlike the description & the pic in the ad on e bay,I do not recommend this unless you wrap a bungee cord around it! False advertising here! the pic showed 5 latches ,mine had only 4 looselatches,do not waste your money!
