I placed order on 9 Jan 25 and until today 20 Feb 25 I still haven't received the item. I contacted the seller and they never replied. I asked eBay for help and they replied - "We received tracking information from the seller that shows the item was delivered to your address or will be arriving shortly. After reviewing the details of this case, we determined that you won't receive a refund." To me, both eBay and the seller are very irresponsible. This is the worst shopping experience I have had

Please return the money. As this is not fair system. You ahve not paid the shipping few. Money the top os £136.00 ypu are expecting em to pay £ 35.41 shipping fee. Already the item you have charged three times of teh original price. Kindly refund money or I will take this matter to consumer forum and also complaint an take legal action further. Thanks
