Never buy turtle beach, again! Awesome find!
3 of 3 found this helpful Bought these for my son with his Christmas money. We always used Turtle Beach until I had to deal with customer support. Save yourself the headache. I had to argue with their customer support over a warranty issue. They said I wasn't giving them a proper screenshot=I don't want to take care of your warranty. Head piece broke, cheap! Never could afford a new pair of Astros until having to purchase several TB's, and then we found these! I could tell when we pulled them out of the box they were WAY better quality and comfort level is better than any TB's I've had!

awesome controller for the money!
0 of 1 found this helpful Everything was great except there is a little play in the bottom right paddle, probably got used a lot by last owner, still works within reason just doesn't feel tight like the rest of them!
