Great Product
10 of 11 found this helpful Had a problem with the screen not coming on after fitment. Called customer support. A few minutes to get someone on the line who suggested a voltage check which I did. Voltage was 18v on my sytsem and Honeywell said it should be 24v therefore airhandler voltage problem. While waiting for the electrician to call me back, I decided to check the fuse in the air handled. It was blown probably when I removed the old unit. Replaced the 3A fuse and all is back to normal. Maybe Honeywell should have such a troubleshooting tip in the manual! New unit works great. My wife is impressed and she generally prefers a basic unit.

It works!
1 of 1 found this helpful Small Haier deepfreeze made a ticking sound and did not run or cool. I contacted a local refrigeration expert who sold me a part to replace the OEM starter. He said if that does not work "then nothing will start the compressor". His replacement parts worked for less than a day and the problem resurfaced. I was ready to dump the freezer, but as it was in good condition I decided to take a chance on the Supco. On arrival I fitted the unit in 5 minutes. The freezer started and has been running for about two weeks. Sorry local expert the Supco kickoff the compressor butt! It works!

Some difficulty installing.
I installed the dimmer as 3 way and on power up the lights came on but dimmer had no lights and were not responding. Youtube fixes did not solve. I tested voltage and connected the “live” to one connecting and the two remaining wires to the second dimmer wire. Still no luck. Phoned customers services and requested a call back at 10 PM. They called back within 5 minutes and were super helpful. After explaining what I did and we ruled out bulbs by adding one incandescent they identified the problem. The position of my switch was that the switch was not the master so the live I identified was a strapper from the other switch.the solution was to switch the live with one strapper and presto it worked!
