A book not worth reading.
This book is not realistic to dealing with serious issues. Over simplifies.... I definitely would NOT recommend this book. If solutions were as simple as eating veggies, think positive and meditate, what a better world it would be. There is so much more to dealing with anxiety and depression... Although, yes, a good diet, exercise and positive thinking is wonderful, it is only part of the equation.
