The Only Real Alternative to Thermal Pads I Could FInd
1 of 1 found this helpful I am not aware of another product on the market similar to this. It solves the problem of trying to figure out what size pads you need. Sometimes thermal pads are too thin or too thick. Often times, some pads don't compress well to mold around components. This solves all those headaches and guesswork. It's thick but compresses very well (similar to thick thermal paste) and takes the shape of any component it is applied to. It fills gaps on uneven heatsink surfaces perfectly. It also stays in place and does not spread or spill around your components past the shape it reaches after compression. I can't measure its effectiveness at transferring heat but I will say that it cured artifacts on my 7970 video card that previously had generic thermal pads.
