Beware if sizing

I bought this to put on a 50mm scope as it was described. It's way too tight due to the short length to put on and take off easily. Certainly nou.something I'd want to be struggling with in the field at crunch time. I'll probably just throw it on one of my smaller scopes rather than hassle with returning it.
