After waiting several hours having made payment, I had to contact the seller for help. Thankfully, seller was responsive and within the hour provided the download link after stating there was a system issue. Note-guides include a lot of blank pages (IMHO) or extremely brief steps. Otherwise, a lot of good information for DIYers.
