I have HEAT!!!!
Unit started working as soon as I installed the circuit board and configured it.

too short to use
20 inches is too short to be practical. it is just long enough to be useable, barely.

Pretty good but has a problem
I like the headset BUT when the charge gets low they stop transmitting but continue to receive a signal. There is no warning or indication to alert someone.
Thus I have difficulty and lose calls because of the time it takes to remove headset, turn it off and return control to the phone, while all the time the caller can not hear me and hangs up. This is particularly BAD when I have been on hold for some period of time and then when I finally get a person ...no one can hear me.
